• A ₹199 exchange processing & handling fee will be applied.
• Exchanges are permitted only for the same product and design.
• Exchange reasons must be valid and genuine.

If you would like to return your item, a ₹149 return processing fee will be deducted.
Once the return request is approved and the item is received back in its original condition:
• A store credit (gift card) will be issued within 10 business days.
• The store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
